How we work
Based out of our expansive 900sqm workshop facility located in Arundel on the Gold Coast, we have the space, skills and tools to bring your vision to life.
Within our workshop space we have 5 hoists and 2 dyno room facilities including an AWD chassis dyno and a 2WD hub dyno room. We also have a dedicated fabrication bay, a pre-assembly area for engines, a climate-controlled engine room and sufficient tooling and machinery on site to carry out a wide variety of day-to-day tasks within the workshop.
With secure, gated parking for up to 15 vehicles, your car is safe with us – even out of hours and overnight. For more complicated or custom builds, our dedicated showroom and office spaces are perfectly designed for sales appointments and consultations to ensure your pride and joy receives the exact treatment it deserves. For those waiting to pick-up their vehicle, major shopping centres and Gold Coast’s stunning beaches are just minutes away, making it easy to kill the time.

The HTP Story
Hi-Torque Performance started in 2005 as a small, performance-based workshop.
Founded by the Dalton family, every skilled team member shares the same passion and vision for Hi-Torque Performance – to continue pushing boundaries and delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers.
In just a few short years, we have cemented our place in the Queensland streetcar scene. As we continue to improve our processes, technology and approach to doing work, we have established our reputation within Australia’s performance car industry, placing Hi-Torque Performance vehicles at the top.

Reflecting our high level of workmanship, Hi-Torque Performance carries prestigious accolades including the Harrop Engineering Dealer award for four consecutive years from 2019 to 2023. Expanding on our Australia-wide reputation, we now also proudly distribute our performance engines and parts to customers internationally.
