At Hi-Torque Performance (HTP), we only collect personal information that is necessary for us to conduct our business, as a provider of goods and services to you as the consumer.
The personal information we collect will include information you give us when you place an order for the purchase of a good or service we supply.
Any personal information that we collect about you, your vehicle or any associated businesses, will only be used and disclosed by us, so that we can provide you with the goods and services that you have requested.
We do not, at any time, disclose, provide or sell your personal information to any third party people or businesses.
We respect your right to privacy.
Shipping can be up to 10 working days from the date of purchase.
By signing for and accepting delivery, you are acknowledging that the item has arrived in good condition. If the package is damaged in any way, please inspect the contents prior to signing for it.
We will warranty any workmanship where it can be proven beyond all doubt, that damage and/or faulty product, part or workmanship whilst in our care, has directly resulted in damage to the vehicle. We do not take kindly to claims made against our business insinuating poor quality workmanship in any form, and will take the required action to protect our business from such damage.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Full payment is required at time of order. Orders will not be shipped until such time that payment is received. VCM Store accept the following payment methods: PayPal (for online purchases), Credit Cards, Eftpos, Cash.
Product Return Policy
Customers may return new & unused merchandise still in the original packaging within 14 days from the date of payment for credit. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Defective Product Policy
Please contact the manufacturer directly where a product other than Hi-Torque Performance manufactured product, is claimed to be or is, defective and/or damaged.
We are not responsible for defective product & cannot provide refunds for any used &/or defective products, that have been used in our builds. Most manufacturers will repair or exchange defective products as agreed to under their warranty policy, and they should be contacted direct.
